A stereotype is defined as a fixed and oversimplified image of something or someone. You want Fluttershy to be the healer just because she's always the healer. That is a stereotype. Your entire problem is that the artist _*isn't_* following a stereotype. Besides which, the only stereotyped character here is Applejack as the cowboy character.
