I don’t know if I could say this is a good card or terrible. In order for something like this to happen, you either have to be a handlock, or have a player make a rogue deck that forces your opponent to draw cards.

5/5 for 5 alone is under the power curve, and trying to trigger its effect on purpose risks milling yourself a bunch of good cards. That said, if you’ve got a Sunfury Protector and your opponent doesn’t have venom, Sap, or BGH, you just win the game.
It’s a good defense against mill decks.
