i said “for important roles in episodes”
there hasn’t been a SINGLE episode in the entire series with her in the spotlight. We have had at least two about Luna, with several important side character episodes, and god knows how many about other minor characters as the central character in an episode. But Celestia? At best she only acted as a supporting character, but never a leading role.
Eh? Nicole hasn’t been in as many S05-6 episodes because she was busy doing voices for the film? <w<
Infact, or moved by the episode. It shows the end of her beloved Equestria after all.

If their solution to people asking for an episode is to make her the villain of an episode/movie, then they really have no idea what their fans actually want.
my guess is they are keeping Celestia off limits for important roles in episodes, for that she will be the main villain in the 2017 movie. People have been asking for Celestia centered episodes since season1, so they probably figured by now “If we are going to highlight Celestia, it will better be worth it”
