I don’t know if this cutie has a name yet, but this is the only real art I’ve seen of her. Tsundragon waifu and Prominence are great and all, but let’s give this one some love, too.
It feels odd to see a dragon being insecure over their looks.
One can hope.
Yeah once the Ember obsession is over with people will realize “ oh yeah there were other dragons too.”
I can deal. Ballista bolts were often tipped with pitch and set alight. It’s very tangential, but it is a word associated with fire.
Obligatory Mythbusters screenshot because of course they built a ballista.
I like the name. Thou Ballista rolls better from the tongue.
Was it? I thought that was the raptor-like dragon.
I do like Corona, though.
Now I want to see Ember sit on her tail. Like maybe this dragon teaching her how to.
Seconded, plus her tail is sorta crown-shaped, and corona comes from the word crown. I don’t see where people are getting ballista/trebuchet from.
Edited because: herp, enter autoposted before I could even start typing

there wasn’t much real discussion about it, but Ballista was the name decided upon here and is the tag currently in use
Rose Quartz lends confusion with SU, and one of the writers (I think it was Ian Jones Quartey, but I could be wrong) confirmed that the pufferfish monster’s Gem name was Watermelon Tourmaline.
