Flubber had Robin Williams. That was a (retrospectively) awful movie. Please, I’m providing an argument for ‘judging a book by its cover’, not that the show’s awful, but you’re right, I don’t watch it, mainly because I share a netflix account with my dad and he’s strongly against me doing what he perceives as girly, and from what I’ve heard, most Spike episodes sucked, so the probability is high this one will as well, which to be honest, probably lowers the bar for success for some and for others raises it, hence Daneasaur.

Since you seem to think the show’s on about the same level as Adam Sandler movies, I assume you don’t waste your time watching it, then.

As a rebuttal for not preemptively judging things, look at the trailer for any of the newer Adam Sandler movies (besides Pixels’s trailer, which is better than the movie). Nuff said.

What’s your point? All I see is a disjointed angry rant with no actual arguments. You still don’t know if the episode is good or not, and you REALLY need to not preemptively judge things.

I’m going to lol so hard if they introduce a dragoness love interest, which face it, if romantic subplots are ever explored, is going to happen because interspecies romance on a kids show raises too many weird questions.

Well, since you already know it’s going to suck, you can save yourself the 21-30 minutes it would normally take to watch the episode, so there’s at least that much good news.

Impossible to pull off right in a 20 min episode without it being completely hamfisted or spike completely destroying his character AGAIN.
 
Last we saw, the dragons are assholes, delinquents, and the last scene we got of them was them TRYING TO HUNT DOWN SPIKE AND THE PONIES with only a timely teliport from twilight getting them to safety. The episode was to end with the moral of “don’t matter where I’m from, it matters what i do with my life”.
 
But here? Randomly with all those dragons and more?
 
And CLEARLY with twilight (and probably others) in another crappy disguise?
 
No, there is no way this will turn out good.

Then again, I remember seeing first screenshots of Discord and thinking “There’s no way this Frankenstein’s monster will turn out well”, and boy was I wrong on that count. So who knows.
