I made her all the way back in 2015… why did I never submit her reference sheet to DeviantArt?  

 
 
A manipulative femme fatale, Hybris once had the chance to become the next Queen of her hive, but lost to another female changeling. Unable to accept her defeat, she attempted to poison the new Queen multiple times and got banished when she was found out. Now roaming Equestria, Hybris has sworn to create her own hive, bigger than any other, and one day overthrow Equestria with it.

Hive rank: None; Hybris lost to another when she and the other strong females of her hive competed for the title of Queen, and unable to accept her defeat, she was banished by the new queen, who she tried to poison several times.

Mane/tail: Between short and mid-length, wavy
 
 
Personality: Hybris full of pride and arrogance, and occasionally just a tiny bit sadistic. She is a total control freak; when things don’t go her way, she flips out and quickly panics. She hates nothing more than losing As such, she has a soft side to her, but she only shows that side to her own changelings. Most feelings she shows are not genuine.
 
Loves: stallions, jewellery, her royal subjects, the color of wine  
Hates: females that can rival her (especially changeling queens), naïve ponies, sappy romances, losing
