Yeah. She wasn’t really a bitch in the show itself. Just a bit of a rich snob. But even so she and Fancy pants did hang out with Twilight and her friends at a party once.
 
And Fleur-de-lis can often be seen hanging around Rarity’s dress shop and her fashion shows. So she may have befriend Rarity at some point during the show. She may not be the rude rich jerk people thought she was.
