can you imagine tremble freaking out if she had no idea why she was forming into a second pony? and warm waters is trying to assure her it’s okay, but she has to form a pony to do it. ♥

According to Badum’s comment on , the water is nothing more than a medium for forming an avatar and the actual personality is the tub. Since Tremble wouldn’t flood herself with water that leaves two possibilities. Either Warm Waters has nothing with which to manifest and is forced to ride it out silently or Warm Waters can fight for partial control of Tremble’s body and appear as a second pony.
