Explanation (and it should be obvious actually) Tony is joking about shipping Loki and Firenze because Loki can shapeshift and has shapeshifted into a mare in Norse Mythology (he also got pregnant that way, but I don’t think you want more detail).

In retaliation, Loki turned Tony into some horrifying man-Dash thing using his magic.
