Nah, I see it too and I agree. Her rib cage looks like flattened breasts or something. Plus where they come up looks weird.

Hmmmmm… I don’t know if its the scarf…
 
Most of what drove me to comment (and this might just be me) is how long and thin the rib cage and abdominals look. The ratio is just a bit beyond what I’ve seen before, so to me it looks a little off.
 
Another part is that the outline that my mind draws for the rib cage doesn’t quite line up with the lines you indicated in your comment. When I look at the right side of the rib cage my eyes draw a line under the bra to bound that side of the rib cage. But because of how the line coming off of the top of the bra (the one that goes from the scarf to the bra) curves, my eye wants to make the line under the bra curve inward a little. And that makes that side of the torso seem to not bow outward enough (in my mind).
 
But I don’t know… Maybe I’m looking at this too hard. I mean, you’re definitely an artist that knows what you’re doing, and regularly produces lots of amazing art. :D So feel free to take my comment with a grain of salt.
