We already made peace with Crys in the past (I hope). I just found it funny that I find another person labelled a “waifu lover”. I shouldn’t have commented on it.

As Crystal has stated before, I had already made amends for my transgression. An opinion is an opinion and honestly, it shouldn’t readily matter. We each have our own and I got carried away with mine given, well, what’s been happening lately in my own life. Thankfully, I’ve gotten a cool head so I won’t be doing so again and I will readily admit, Crystal is quite a fine fellow and I’m glad I got to talk with him.
 
That being said, that remark about the picture was uncalled for. I honestly got a chuckle out of this, imagining Starlight as head of hasbro. It’s silly and that’s this picture. Calling it ‘shitty’ is a bit too mean spirited of a remark. It’s simple and can be done easily, but sometimes it’s the simplest of things that can make people smile, laugh, and have a good time.

Well, my good friend, if you feel the need to insult my pictures by calling them vulgar things, either block image macro from your searches or tell me a tag I should add to all my pictures to make sure you can block that. Or you could keep your rude comments to yourself and move on, take your pick.

If Starlight was the first villain to be redeemed, then I wouldn’t defend her so readily. Yet, we’ve had shaky if not mishandled on point redemptions before and characters that were overhated. Saying you don’t like a character is alright, but people seem to forget that this isn’t the first time this level of hate happens as well as the general denial of it. When I bring up Sunset, a lot of people deny her hate was bad or they liked her, even though I recognize a few people who I knew hated Sunset, some even saying she deserved to die. Discord? People defend him saying that because he wanted to do it to be wrong, it’s fine.
 
Which also bring forth the whole ‘Starlight needs to die’ thing that was blown in my face. If the hate was just down to the character and such, I wouldn’t get to the point I would defend her so readily, but when people say that she deserved to die for her beliefs?
 
It’s a bit of general hypocrisy as well as general knowledge that character redemptions aren’t always handled well in their first episodes, but are given time to adjust and can be excellent. It’s why Rainbow Rocks is my favorite mlp material and why Sunset is now my favorite character.
 
Hating something is alright. I’ve dealt with that before watching the show, such as Twilight becoming an alicorn as such, which again ‘some people’ denied the hate. Which is why I got so pissed off that I chose to defend Starlight.
 
Starlight isn’t my favorite character. I do enjoy her and find it fun, but I can also see why others don’t. That’s okay, but the general denial, hypocrisy, and sheer mean spiritidness of some that just seems to repeat every time it happens just annoyed me so much that I tried to take a stand because I’m tired of the general repeat of hate and I know people deserve a second chance.
 
It’s incredibly inane, I know. I can be stupid at times and I never meant to target you Crystal. That was never my intention. I formally apologize for this. This whole fandom blow up happened at a……rather stressful time in my life, given how I’m at a crossroad of either continuing college fully and fulfilling my dream or just being stuck in my job that I really don’t care for. Had this all happened at a less stressful point in my life, perhaps I would have a calmer head and done what I did the other times and close my mouth. When I’m stressed, I tend to blather on and I also tend to say a thing or two I regret the next morn.
 
So if I do blow up again, know that I’m sorry and I don’t mean anything by it. It’s just my emotions running amuck again.

No, that’s not the reason. She isn’t even my waifu, or my favorite character. My favorite character of the show is Sunset, my second is Pinkie Pie. I wasn’t even attacking, I’m just sick of the repetition of the same bloody stuff I’ve heard about every fucking character that’s come onto the show.

Yes, but what does it have to do with this? We could make a joke on how she’s the head of hasbro, or something of that nature. Starlight being redeemed because ‘hasbro’ isn’t exactly funny, since a lot of people don’t buy toys or whatever. Twilight’s kingdom was obvious with the castle and ‘designs’ of super powered forms. Starlight?
 
I’d say Gilda more so. I could see Starlight’s possible redemption during her first episode because I enjoyed her character and what it could bring. Gilda? Unpleasant character I would have rather banged my head on the wall than ever see again, but we did.
 
I still don’t like her. She was bearable, but that’s not saying much.
 
Why not crack a joke, instead of saying ‘sloppy’ when there are plenty of people who didn’t. I thought Discord’s redeeming episode was a bit clunky and it didn’t sell me on his reformation until Twilight’s Kingdom where I can like the episode more. It took 1 1/2-2 seasons to actually like Rainbow Dash, a character I despised going into the fandom.
 
And yet, I didn’t go to a lot of pictures and declare my own hate. What would be the point? It’s easy to hate. It’s incredibly easy, but what does it give you? Gave me nothing. I avoid Gilda episodes, I barely look at her pictures except by a particular artist, but I don’t post my hate.
