Since I seen the finale, I feel in love with Starlight Glimmer even more. ^^ However, this show tends to love reforming it’s former villains do they?? xD Here is the club of all the reformed villains, hosted by Diamond Tiara. :) You can join too if your are willing to change your ways and friendship is magic!

She was never really a villain in the first place though, so much as Diamond Tiara’s sidekick.
And I’d say Discord is the new Spike. :)

Rather him be an annoyance than an active, malicious threat.
Besides, Celestia likes keeping him around for giggles. That’s why she invited him to the Grand Galloping Gala.
Discord is neither an ally nor an enemy. The word for him is pest.
Befriending your enemies is actually an effective and efficient strategy. You not only eliminate them as an enemy, you gain an ally at the same time, plus whatever resources and skills they have with them. Plus, if you gain a reputation for being merciful and making new friends, other enemies are more likely to believe and accept your offers of friendship, leading to increasingly easier chances and more to gain.

Apart from Trixie I don’t think any of the others are feasible, and even Trixie’s pushing it.
Gilga: Good (Filly), Not good but not evil either (adult), reformed.
Diamond Tiara: Kind of bad, slightly worse, mildly worse, much worse, MUCH worse, reformed.
Discord: Bad (but in a weird kind of not directly evil way), still bad, good.
Trixie: Kind of the same as Gilda (not good nor evil), then evil/insane, reformed (Probably).
Sunset Shimmer: Malniputive and kind of psychotic, very reformed.
Starlight Glimmer: Good (Filly), insane dictator (bad), reformed.
