Until October 10, No one outside Hasbro and DHX knew she even existed. AFAIK.
Even so, she STILL has a grudge against the CMC.
Not likely - the CMC’s are still Blank Flanks in this comic. Plus, I doubt Spoiled Rich would deliberately put her daughter in harms way.
Alternate continuity or it hasn’t happened yet. This might be before Diamond Tiara tries being nicer/more friendly to the CMC.
