Fair enough. ;) I assumed from the tone of your comment that you preferred to wear rainboots without socks. I live in London, considerably more rain up here but rainboots are still pretty uncommon (until you get up to the north of England where they have serious flooding each winter…. >_>)
It has to sort of rain in California for me to actually buy rainboots. XD
