If they draw that stuff, it’s usually accompanied by hilarious dialogue. It’s more or less a prerequisite for the genre. Not only in English, but also Japanese. ;3

She turned into Shining for protection when Celestia bailed because Cadance decided to kick her ass before any hostility began. That’s when she pounced her into the mirror that led to her Castle.
Especially since she got so furious when it first occurred.
Yeah, but in this story Cadance is a widow, and Chrysalis is wearing her dead husband’s appearance as some kind of negotiating ploy. Why she didn’t curb-stomp the changeling queen the moment she saw that is beyond me.
Yeah. I could understand her still hating Chrysalis over what Chrysalis did to her during her wedding, but since there’s a 100 year time skip and because Cadance is so kind, you’d think she would’ve been willing to forgive Chrysalis from the start after hearing her story.
I don’t really like that she was furious and about to attack Chrysalis before she transformed to begin with. I mean, literally the only thing we know for sure about Cadance from the show is that she’s a nice and understanding person. That’s about the only major complaint I have with this series.
Okay, I misremembered the circumstances. And to be honest, I’ve only seen scattered pages here and there and haven’t read the whole thing yet, so I’m probably missing a lot of context. And since I am missing a lot of context, it seems odd to me that Cadance was so FURIOUS earlier when Chrysalis first transformed into Shining but now she seems to be okay with it.
I don’t remember Chrysalis trying to kill Cadance, and she took Shining’s form to defend herself. I won’t argue with Vava liking changelings, though.
I’m beginning to see why people think Vavacung has a Changeling bias…
Because apparently Cadance is not just holding the Idiot Ball here, she’s holding the entire Idiot Globe.
to be fair chrisy “smart” plans are pretty dumb…so by “adam west” logic the worse her ideas are the “better” they are…
