Looks like Twitter handler is changed from ‘0x8Martix’ to ‘Mar0X8’.
The ‘Mar0X8’ signature used on the same image both in AceSlingeRexo’s DA gallery and on Martix0X8_Art Twitter. Also AceSlingeRexo’s DA profile lists a link to (now defunct) Instagram account with the same ‘Martix0X8_Art’ name as a linked above Twitter account.

Yes, both names have 3 z’s, not 2. Kafrizzzle is their Twitter (and Patreon), and Kafrizzz is their DA. Their Carrd page links to both. Suggesting Kafrizzzle as the main tag, since those accounts are a bit more active.
