I tagged >>3321131 as gradient background, but then I started to wonder if that really is a gradient background? I don’t remember what that dot pattern is called, but I’ve tagged it as gradient background in the past.

Sorry for having multiple open questions in multiple posts, but if artist:marybellamy lists artist:zorilita as an alias, does it mean zorilita is incorrect and it can be removed? Every image tagged artist:marybellamy is also tagged zorilita.

It’s gradient-esque, but I don’t think it would be counted as strictly gradient, especially if the dots are large and stylized.
The many tiny dots thing is a necessity of newspaper printing and producing many tones and shades, and that would look gradient zoomed out, but having it large like that is just an aesthetic.

Should this is fine imply exploitable meme and/or meme?

zorilita is no more.

Is saguaro a canon Pony Life character? The MLP fandom Wiki does not return any hits for it. It looks like a one user’s OC character, but I need a confirmation from people who have watched Pony Life more than I have.

The design is not an oc, it is a background pony assigned a Derpibooru name by vote: “Desert Weave”. Via Google, I found that the page for that pony on the Pony Life fandom wiki is “Saguaro”. I did not find a direct statement that they made up the name, but I also did not find the name in an episode transcript.

Oh, there’s a separate fandom wikia for Pony Life. Huh. That’s why I couldn’t find anything.

Good thing I asked. Because I almost replaced it with oc:saguaro.

EDIT: The tag should probably be aliased to our name tag for the character.

One complication with that is saguaro is the name for the kind of irl cactus that is in the character’s cutie mark - not that anyone’s wanted to tag that type of cactus so far, but it’s still a real word…

What is the tag embrace for that isn’t covered by hug or cuddling/snuggling?
