The fastest I’ve ever regretted a new feature was the time I deployed it and then realized that it completely fucked up everyone’s profiles, as well as forum threads. That was pretty much my fault because I forgot to add the migration file that had a database update, so the site started referencing database columns that didn’t actually exist.

I wish I could come up with a good one
