Sorry, no. Someone being deactivated on some other site doesn't have anything to do with this site.

If those images are here on this site, please report the images for Rule #1. You can put all of them in a single post.
And if those profiles on DeviantArt are doing things on DeviantArt that violate it's TOS, please report them on DeviantArt.
