Even Skull's parents where like him, Bulk's where the only one that seemed normal.

 
 
Also Robert had a good idea about Virgil beforehand, he said then he likely was sure for longer but somthing in his mind just denied it, that was just the point where it was clear and no point in fooling himself anymore.
