Based on [Ciaran's anecdote](/forums/generals/topics/tartarus?post_id=5694045#post_5694045) and the fact that [ICE agents have taken to harass *Native Americans* too](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2F6rzrisf9tmfe1.jpeg&rdt=49292), they're obviously using the [Family Guy skin color swatch](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2626870/mediaviewer/rm3592634368/?ref_=tt_ph_2) as their go-to method, so I'd say probably yes (at least for now).

At this point, I'm half convinced they're deliberately trying to cause nationwide riots and use those as an excuse to proclaim martial law.
