A 16-year old boy in Alabama was shot and killed by a SWAT team in a no-knock raid on his house in the middle of the night. Bodycam footage shows him putting his hands up and backing away before officers opened fire. Officers allowed him to lay on the floor for four minutes before even beginning to render first aid.
The no-knock warranthwad been issued by the state to search for marijuana allegedly possessed by his older brother, who didn't even live there.
And this, friends, is why I have continued to remain firmly on the side of Defund the Police, even as the rest of the nation was gaslit by the media back into compliance by fearmongering and conjuring up an "unprecedented crime wave" narrative.
