She was definitely a master of get more users for Google and Youtube ever since 1998. She helped created one of the biggest tech giants in the 21st century.
No doubt she was talented at getting new users.
But her biggest weakness was that she saw Youtube as just a business. I don’t she ever truly understood the creative side of youtube. Only the 0s and 1s.
She seemed well intentioned enough but seemed woefully out of touch with the actual users who used her applications.
Maybe she would have been better as just a programmer.
