I wonder if in equestrian they permanently incarcerate or euthanize those with a cutie mark in murder or other horrific crimes/acts. After all the cutie mark actively compells the individual to perform the talent it embodies, so if someone where to get a cutie mark in murder they would be constantly compelled to kill. So really the only option would be to lock them away forever or more practically just kill them. Although now that they have starlights “equalizing” spell

I can hear that soft, pleasing melody playing in the background while villages with their inhabitants burning alive and women getting raped.
