It’d be cool to see a male alicorn, and I can think of no better pony for the job.

Admit it, seeing how Big Mac deal with Canterlot politics would be hysterical. They should do that even if he doesn’t become an alicorn, like a “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” episode only with Big Mac instead of Jimmy Stewart.
