Kind of. Probably. I mean, they DO all that, true, but you don’t see people actually trying to punish them for it. They’re too cute for us to care that they’re horrible monsters.
If the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy is to be believed, they may actually be SMARTER than us. They just can’t convey that intelligence in the same way we can.
When it is scientifically proven that dolphins have an intelligence on par with humans, yes we can.

Sharks only kill for food. Dolphins will kill infant animals, be it a shark, seal, HUMAN, or OTHER DOLPHIN and use it’s corpse like a beach ball.
