Pootis: The eye was bothering me. I think this is the way it should’ve been, the white was black and it just didn’t look right.

It wasn’t an insult in any way, the white circle which is actually the bright reflection from the watery, big eyes was black, as if it were the pupil. So all I did was rearrange it so that the pupil was on the left part of the oval, looking toward where Spike is implied to be.
That’s… all I did… it just bothered me a bit so I did some patching up on a really nice piece of art. That’s all.
The original artist didn’t color it, I did. And as I said, I have no idea how that white stuff works in their eyes, so whatever. This does look better than my coloring.
Not the actual edit, because it’s rather minor, but the presentation of the edit. The person explains in the description that “this is the way it should’ve been” which I find quite impolite to the original artist.
It was purely an OCD edit.
