Feminists have a bad rap mostly because it’s easier to pay attention to the ones that are crazy. I’ve talked with a few on TV Tropes and I’ve found that most of what they say isn’t really too objectionable.

To be fair to them. MRA have just a bad a rep as feminism does now. And gets pretty much the same negative coverage.
