Description
This is Scorpan’s true form, from the first MLP movie, “Battle for Midnight Castle”. While in G4, Scorpan was Tirek’s brother, in G1 he was just some random Prince Charming type whose kingdom Tirek had conquered.
Celestia’s comment that “Scorpan left Equestria” following Tirek’s defeat may have meant that Scorpan was also restored to human form in G4, and therefore could not stay in Equestria.
