There was actually a headcanon/theory that said Sombra was once good, and somehow a pupil close to Luna….He wasn’t a unicorn though, I think the theory started out.
 
Then one day, Under an attack, He was in their castle’s library, and a false wall collapsed, Where he found a book of dark magic… And Inside he was able to gain the ability to make himself have a horn, and use magic….. Huh… A book.. of dark magic….. which contained a spell that could grant the user’s wishes……  
That drives them to nearly insanity in the process……hmm…
