They’re not real. Twilight is the only real one there in the picture. The rest are Trixie’s imagination and paranoia on what she THINKS ponies think of her. Loneliness (that’s what TWILIGHT SPARKLE calls it) doesn’t seem to be so much an evil spirit thingie, as a piece of Trixie’s psyche.
