Well… Looks like there’s a misunderstanding or some relationship problems between Derpy and the Doctor, but Lil’ Miss Jerky was actually replacing Derpy and now knows the little mistake the Doctor commited.

tl;dr Jerky fooled the Doctor by pretending to be Derpy, and had him spill the soup… And his drink.
