She finds out the Tonic is fake. Threatens to reveal it.  
Realizes that telling every pony it is a placebo would cause unnecessary anguish.  
Earns Rainbow Key  
Flim and Flam leave town maybe or maybe not punished somehow.

Rarity’s Lesson: To much generosity can lead you to be screwed over.  
Fluttershy’s lesson: To much kindness can be harmful.  
Pinkie’s Lesson: Can’t always be the one spreading joy and laughter, you have to move over and let others have a turn.  
Rainbow Dash’s Lesson: Can’t be loyal to everypony, sometimes you have to pick.
 
All the lessons are on the downside of being too much of their element. Stands to reason Applejack’s lesson is to much honesty can hurt others, sometimes you gotta bend the truth for their own good.
