Because THAT’S how you tell they’re doctors.
In a matter of opinion, I suppose.
My personal favorite out of his scarves was Season 18 since burgundy’s my favorite color. That’s why I used it in the pic.
slightly related, I love the later scarves that were 20+ feet long the best. (S16, S17, S18) Tom Baker had that thing coiled around two, sometimes three times and still the ends were dragging on the ground. S18 had versions that were as long as 26 feet!
Season 12 had a better Scarf then Season 18!
Just because they are made by the same people does not make them official, It was a comedy spoof of the show for Red Nose Day it was even Steven Moffat’s first time writing for the show! if your going to be designing Pony versions of the Doctor’s from that story do it separately I would love to see it! Technically, they are official (as in licensed by the British Broadcasting Corporation).
Hell, Fatal Death was first shown on BBC One (like most of the proper Doctor Who episodes).
But, no, they’re not canon.
There not offcial Doctors so do not add them! there not a part of the actual show.
