I’m going to send that to a fan fiction author I know who is a huge Spike fan. I’ll quote you.
The episodes don’t go by episode order, they go by their own timeline. Power Ponies probably happens before this, or this is suppose to be a theme.
Because these writers wouldn’t know continuity or character consistency if it ran over their houses with a tankdozer.
