The only definition I can find that seems even remotely applicable is from Urban Dictionary: “Is when you dont care what people think its a way of life Doing what you want how u want wearing what u want.”

Is that the definition being used here? And if so, how does that relate to Equestria Prevails drawing a bat pony portrait?
