I’m aware there’s numerous versions of communism, socialism, and such. It’s still technically classified as a communist state Government for the most part though.

The other problem with this statement, is that while yes, while not all capitalists are PERSONALLY backstabbing, money grabbing, “Fuck everyone else” types, and some might genuinely care about their workers. The fact remains however that _all) capitalists, regardless of their personal morality, MUST, by necessity, exploit workers by paying them less than the value of the commodity they produce. If they do not, there is no profit. Especially since this is the only real variable you can control: You can only price an item so high before another capitalist undersells you in the market.  
On top of this, the law of the market dictates that the “kinder, honest, moralistic” capitalists will always lose to the “meaner, scummy, backstabbing, unmoralistic” capitalists. Even without state help (which is in of itself a tool of the Capitalist Class.)
