Bad End AU: Magic Boy.
This is Cosmic Hope (called Cosmic Power at birth) the son of Sunburst and Starlight Glimmer. Soon after he was born, his father received a letter giving him instructions on how to escape without being detected, and he fled taking the newborn with him.

Sunburst is hiding with his sister, Sunset Shimmer, Shining Armour and Moondancer. Cosmic Hope was raised with a lot of magic knowledge, since his magic is so powerful, it is believed that he will defeat Nightmare Moon…but the pressure of that has affected him greatly.
