The beginning is grammar’d weirdly but I think it says this has a bit of story to it but is purely a chipi chipi chapa chapa animation. It also says there is an easter egg in the end and this is the first time the artist did something like this.

The story basically goes Twilight reading the comments of the artist with the first one talking about how cute she is and the second asking the artist to draw Fluttershy. The message below the comment says the OP (artist) likes it. Twilight and the artist then shows Fluttershy the animation, and Twilight asks if she likes it in the end.
