Yeah. It makes sense, though. Luna got off her petite little butt very early in the series and got focus, depth, had vulnerabilities and interests, and did stuff. Princess Celestia didn’t even get major focus in an episode until Season 7, and she had to share it with Luna in a Starlight Glimmer-focused episode and she didn’t get a true focus episode until Season 8. Her most iconic focus episode, where we get to see her being her more than any other episode, didn’t happen until the mid-way point of the show’s final season. It’s no small wonder people warmed up so much more to loony ol’ Luna, because incidental background characters got more focus than Celestia :P

And before anyone has a go at me for “hating Sunbutt” or anything, remember I made this mid-Season 6 :P

That’s literally every day though

That artwork is pretty cute. Now Celestia what it feels like to be upstaged :3

I would have loved an episode where Luna discovers that Night Life is now a thing and that since her return she is now the more popular princess. It would have been delightfully meta for Celestia to grapple with the fact that so many ponies now fawn over Luna instead of her. Celestia feels upset that she is no longer the center of attention.

They could have done a bit where Celestia feels guilty for her envy and makes a confession to Luna. Luna could also confess that all this love and adoration is a burden in and of itself. Then end the episode with some sisterly hugs.

Outwardly, Celestia is more composed but Luna is the more mature one.

It’s kinda ironic. Luna because Nightmare Moon out of jealousy of her sister and not being appreciated by her subjects, yet when she debuted, fans flocked to her like a moth to flame, while Celestia didn’t get as many fans.

As for my fave:I like them all equally. XD

We really need the reverse to happen. Luna needs to be put back in her place
