I don’t think such a tag exists, yet. You could just tag two separate things, like love and floating, or otherwise, TV Tropes names this concept “Love Floats” or “Lovitation”

Is there a tag for that thing where, y’know, a character is really enchanted by something so they start floating a few inches off the ground, whether they can normally do that or not? That’s sort of the idea behind panel 4, before Scootaloo really blasts off. I’ve been calling it “lovesick float” but obviously that’s not a tag.
