Description

I’m super excited to finally show these off! I’ve had these in the works for most of the year and I couldn’t be happier with how they came out!
This brand new collectible coin set features three unique and original designs, and was created to imagine what an Equestrian currency would look like! There is a Half-Bit coin, a One Bit coin, and a Ten bit coin included.
Coins are plated zinc alloy. Each set comes in a custom package with info on the designs and details about the coins.

I was going for compositions inspired by more contemporary currency, tbh, while keeping with the design we see in the show/comics (g4 anyway) that depicts the one bit as a large gold coin. Since one bit doesn’t seem to have a ton of buying power, I imagined it as a manganese-brass coin similar to a US dollar coin. Copper woks for the half bit as its a lower-value metal, and the ten bit is a 90% silver coin with a bit more of a precious metal backing!
Those were my thoughts at least

I don’t mean to nitpick, but I’m wondering about your decision for the denominations. I expected the gold coin to be the largest, which it is, but it’s the 1 bit, while the smaller silver is the 10 bit? Or maybe the gold would be smaller (because of cost), while still being the largest denomination?
