Phyllis of all ponies has the least right to be reprimanding/scolding Sprout. Not only would that have made her a major hypocrite as she seems to be the #1 fearmonger among the Earth ponies, but also a self-centred, uncaring mother.

How is a robot Phyllis more consistent with Sprout’s character than a robot Sprout?
