@Background Pony #6BAB I’ve been holding onto this art from Nemo2d from before G5 even released, so the similarities are total coincidence. Since the Enclave is basically a military junta, having the eldest in the highest ranks of the military taking both military officer and politician roles at the same time, I went for a military guy who seems like he fancies himself an intellectual. We really didn’t learn much about him for a guy who showed up at the eleventh hour just to get ‘sploded by Pip’s balefire bomb, except that he was extremely arrogant and was willing to do whatever to maintain the Enclave at all costs even making deals with a mutant hivemind. Just my take on the character.
