I guess since it was Twilight who dug Cadance out of her imprisonment, Chrysalis’ infiltration plan couldn’t work out. She also focuses on Starlight as someone who convinced the changelings to overthrow her instead of Thorax who actually overthrew her.

Chrysalis was always bizarre about grudges. She seemed to hate Twilight more than the ones who physically did more to beat her.
I tend to rationalize it as “they’re representations of oversights;” i.e. she had literally no reason to antagonize Twilight beyond spite at the end of her first appearance of the two, after she had her convinced she was in the wrong.
…Which could make it interesting that Cadance might have it out for her more than the other way around.
