Even if he did pay future artists, there is still evidence that he fraudulently refunded nearly 400$ worth of commissioned artwork. People don’t accidentally do that.
The conviction is admirable, but I feel like the onus is better-placed on the artists themselves to enforce their TOS’s. We don’t really have a way to verify that any TOS’s we find were in force as they’re currently written when Blue Thunder interacted with them.
I just found a few artworks that in their TOS they said not to upload to derpibooru.

Still, in summary, he did some big no no’s with people which included “trolling” Sonic fans who shouldn’t be seeing the stuff he was spamming or hearing about his kinks then tried to date someone else who was uncomfortable by him and Blue claimed it was fine because of experiences of his own and ugh… It’s really gross
