I know not everyone will agree, but I think there are cases where it’s valid to make art, even without the permission of the authorities - that is the essence of guerrilla art.

in both cases I do not consider it.
sunny I don’t understand why they take it’s gonna be my day so seriously all she did was stick some stickers on the street and draw a random poster, that’s not even remotely vandalism.
and in Izzy’s case it’s the opposite, I love her but she literally vandalized tell your tale, she destroyed light posts that are public property, and painted graffiti on a wall without the permission of the administrator (hitch) who clearly didn’t like what was done , and she didn’t want to accept the consequences of her actions even though she literally knew she broke the law

You’re being disingenuous - there’s a difference between vandalism and guerrilla art (the latter is what I would call what Sunny did - same with Izzy in her Sneaksy persona)
And besides, Sprout is just committing simple littering here, nothing too serious but certainly emblematic of his character’s inherent laziness. It might be slightly more odious by the fact that it’s taking place in a private residence rather than a public square, but if it is, it’s not much.

Well, at that time Sprout was a deputy, it was his duty to prevent this, now he does community service, the more rubbish the better for him because that’s his job (and there’s the point that he and Sunny hate each other)

So its not ok for Sprout to litter but when he was stopping Sunny from vandalizing the town with stickers and drawing on posters, its okay? People can be such hypocrites.
Here’s an interesting question to test your bias. If Sunny and Sprout did the same crime, who would Hitch send to jail?

That’s not how things work. It’s like saying breaking my Nintendo Wii makes me have to spend money again to buy a Switch so I have to say thank you to the person who breaks my Wii instead of asking for an apology. That guy still broke my propety that was bought by real money and I had real sentiment toward.
