she’s not really pissed at her mom. she’s just under a lot of stress.
Also the look the look of your mom asking you a well meaning but super awkward question about being gay.
Checking the story this is based on, Rarity came upon an unexpected inheritance; apparently, she is upset and Cookie Crumbles is flustered because some of the other family members suspect Rarity manipulated her Aunt Silver into naming her (Rarity) as her sole heir. Applejack’s just curious about what that pastry is, and Hondo Flanks is just trying to convince her it’s good to eat.
