I think aside from the effort needed, it has more to do with “what else is there to add?” and “what other plotline can be used?”
Unless we’re talking about a gender swapped MC version (with obligatory futa and male choices) and focusing on the stallions of the show. Now THERE’s some less explored territory.
That said, only thing I figure would be nice as an edit to the base game is to have is proper mare bits on the mares. But then we loop back to the “effort” part.

This game is why i’m a brony. Every day that passes i get more and more surprised no one has made a second one yet, or a remaster. Once I get comfortable with my art i’ll have to do it myself i guess lol

i honestly hoped so bad there’d be some strictly lesbo content in there, but it is what it is haha! like trixie hooking the mc up with mare puss or something for a couple scenes, but it was still an interesting experience and a cool fangame nonetheless!
