This last bit was a big part of the inspiration for the “all the players control Twilight” idea going into this. This final exchange of blows? If Rainbow Dash was the alicorn in this fight, this would be 100% what she’d do.

DM: So I believe that’s Twilight’s six Initiatives and Tirek’s three… Back to the top for the next round, then? To be honest, I’m thinking that–
Rainbow Dash: Not so fast!!
DM: Oh, okay.
Rainbow Dash: Tirek got to use an action point? WE’RE gonna use an action point. To fire another MASSIVE LASER!
DM: Is that so, huh? In that case, since Twilight got to use a reaction, Tirek is going to spend his own reaction… to fire a massive laser of his own right back at her!
SFX: (CHWOOOM!)
Rainbow Dash: “This is for the Princesses, my friends, and all of Equestria!!”
SFX: (BYOOOM!!)
Discord: Yes yes yes, dueling ki blasts, we get it. Mash the A button to save the world, etcetera…
